Earthy beets, salty olives, and savory hummus served up on a platter. Serve with your favorite crackers to get all those flavors in one bite.
1 Gefen Organic Beet, chopped
1/2 cup Gefen Organic Chickpeas
1/3 cup sliced olives
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, plus more to garnish
homemade or store-bought hummus
Mighty Sesame Tahini, to garnish
zaatar to garnish
Mix together beets, chickpeas, olives and parsley.
Spread hummus on a plate, leaving a well in the center. Fill the well with beet mixture.
Drizzle with tahini, then sprinkle with zaatar and additional parsley.
