Anything is possible in the Betty Crocker pizza maker, including this delicious, spicy-sweet salmon.
3 tablespoons Gefen Honey
4 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
juice of 1 lemon or 3 tablespoons Heaven & Earth Lemon Juice
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
3/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon Pereg Paprika
2 pounds skinless baby salmon, cut into 4 pieces
Preheat pizza maker. Line with Gefen Parchment Paper.
In a bowl, combine all sauce ingredients.
Brush top, bottom, and sides of salmon generously with the sauce until well coated, leaving some sauce to brush midway through baking time. Place in the pizza maker and close the top.
Bake for five minutes.
Lift the cover, baste, and brush on some more sauce.
Close and bake for another three to five minutes or until fish is cooked and flaky.
Sprinkle each piece with some more red pepper flakes.
Serve with lemon wedges.
