Grilled salami has a delicious crisp exterior and amazing flavor. Once you’ve tried it, there is no going back. Pictured here on a meat board perfect for Shabbat day lunch.
1/4 cup Gefen Duck Sauce
1/4 cup Glicks Hot Sauce
1/4 cup Gefen Honey
1 salami
Remove the plastic from the salami. Thickly slice on a bias.
Combine the sauces and honey in a small bowl.
Brush the sauce over the slices and grill until lightly charred on both sides (just a few minutes).
