Prepare the Chicken Wings
Mix cornstarch, seasonings, and sesame seeds, and toss together with the chicken wings. Allow to sit for at least two hours or up to overnight.
Lay over a sheet pan lined with a cooling rack. Spray the cooling rack with oil spray and then lay the chicken wings in a single layer on the sheet pan. Spray the chicken wings with oil spray and bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes until golden and crispy.

I made this for supper tonight and it came out great! It was a real winner! I ended up switching the wings for drumsticks (my family doesn't like chicken wings) and increased the baking time.
I love that swap and so happy everyone enjoyed!
