This is so easy to make and it can be done in mere minutes, with everything easy to find in your local Korean store.
2 tablespoons of gochujang
1 and 1/2 tablespoons of black miso paste
2 spring onions, chopped
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 cloves of garlic
salt, to taste
1 handful of kale
2-3 egg noodle bunches
2 and 1/2 cups of water or broth
Fry the gochujang miso, spring onion, sesame oil, and garlic in a small pot until fragrant and aromatic.
Add the water and let it rise to a steady boil. Throw in the kale and add in the ramen.
Plate up, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and a egg yolk or fried egg and enjoy hot and steamy.
