These potatoes are the most requested side dish in my house. The sweet and salty combination is just so amazing!
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup Gefen Honey
2 teaspoons Gefen Mustard
1 cube Gefen Frozen Garlic
4 potatoes, peeled and sliced into wedges
1/2 cup pretzel crumbs
Line a 9×13-inch pan with Gefen Parchment Paper.
In a bowl, mix together oil, honey, mustard, and garlic. Toss with potatoes.
Pour into the pan. Add pretzel crumbs and mix.
Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
