4 (1- and 1/2-inch wide) salmon fillets
Gefen Garlic Powder, for sprinkling
3 tablespoons Manischewitz Honey
3 tablespoons mustard
1 cup Gefen Light Mayonnaise
8-10 ounces honey-glazed pecans, crushed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Rinse and place the salmon slices in a baking dish.
Lightly sprinkle each slice with garlic powder.
In a small bowl, combine honey, mustard, and mayonnaise. Smear that mixture onto each piece of salmon, then coat each piece liberally with the honey glazed crushed pecans.
Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes. Be careful not to overbake, or salmon will be dry.

This turn out to be awesome! It’s a great dish to make for a Simcha and for Yom Tov. I got tons of compliments and definitely this is going to be part of my All my special meals. Thanks again for this great recipe.
This was delicious! I made it with regular pecans and just drizzled some honey over it.
Wow! this salmon was absolutely delectable. My husband was skeptical at first, he couldn’t see how pecans would taste on salmon… well, we both licked the plates clean!
Would make it again for a Yom Tov or Sheva Brachos (it is quite expensive to make it on a regular basis )
