Most of us prepare breaded cutlets for our families for dinner pretty frequently. But it can get a little boring. Here’s a new way that’s flavorful and exciting. I’ve always loved the taste of honey and mustard together, and this combination is perfect.
1 and 1/2 pounds chicken cutlets, thinly sliced
1/2 cup Gefen Light Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Gefen Honey
2 tablespoons deli mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon Gefen Paprika
1 and 1/4 cups pretzel crumbs (I used Shwartz’s)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it and spraying it with nonstick cooking spray.
In a shallow bowl, combine the mayonnaise, honey, mustard, garlic powder, and paprika.
Place the pretzel crumbs in another shallow bowl.
Dredge each cutlet in the honey-mustard mixture, then dip into the pretzel crumbs and place on the baking sheet.
Repeat until you have coated all the cutlets. Spray them lightly with nonstick cooking spray. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

Giving this 5 stars! My family loved it! I didn’t have pretzel crumbs so substituted cornflake crumbs. Was great! Hoping to try it next time with the pretzel crumbs.
