My neighbor Adina B. used to make this salmon often. It’s easy to prepare and delicious.
3 tablespoons Gefen Honey
2 tablespoons Gefen Mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 pound salmon fillet, skin off, cut into appetizer-size pieces
3/4 cup Gefen Cornflake Crumbs
Mix together honey, mustard, and lemon juice in a large ziptop bag. Place salmon pieces in bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and spray a baking dish with cooking spray. Remove salmon from bag and dip into crumbs. Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
