Ingredients

Honey-Jalapeño Turkey Burgers

  • 1 and 1/2 pounds ground turkey

  • 1 small onion, diced

  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and diced

  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons Pereg Smoked Paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Directions

1.

In a bowl, mix all ingredients together.

2.

With gloves or oiled hands, shape mixture into six to eight patties.

3.

Grill turkey burgers for 10–12 minutes, depending on burger thickness, over medium heat with closed lid, turning burgers over halfway through cooking time.

4.

Remove from heat and allow to rest for two minutes.

5.

Serve in buns with your favorite toppings such as avocado, corn, and pickles.
