50m 12
Easy Vegetarian Pescatarian Parve Freezer-Friendly

Contains: Egg, Gluten, Wheat

Directions

Prepare the Honey Cookies

  1. Mix the ingredients together by hand or with the paddle attachment of a mixer. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes. (You could use it right away, but it will be very sticky and hard to work with.)

  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper.

  3. Using a cookie scoop, scoop balls of dough onto the baking sheet two inches apart. Bake for nine to 11 minutes.

  4. Let the cookies cool before transferring to a wire rack. Store in an airtight container for up to three days.

Is duncan hines cake mix still available? I checked target, Walmart, and my local kosher grocery and couldn’t find it.

These cookies are really easy to make and come out super chewy and delicious. They're the perfect combination of cinnamon spice and honey!
