16 eggs
2 and 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 cup Gefen Honey
1 teaspoon Haddar Baking Powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
4 and 1/2 cups Mishpacha Flour
2 medium apples, grated
Beat egg whites until stiff. Add one and three-fourths cups sugar and continue beating until peaks form. Transfer to a large bowl and set aside.
Beat yolks and remaining sugar. Add oil and honey. Continue beating until light and fluffy.
Add baking powder and baking soda cinnamon and three cups flour. Gently fold batter, remaining flour, and apples into beaten egg whites.
Divide into three tube pans and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for one hour.
