Olive dip, pepper dip… we’re all caught up in the dips “rage.” Try this healthy alternative to mayonnaise-based dips.
4 green peppers, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed or 2 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
1 tablespoon oil
28 ounces (800 grams) crushed tomatoes
6 ounces (170 grams) Gefen Tomato Paste
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Sauté peppers and garlic in oil until soft
Add remaining ingredients and simmer 30–45 minutes.
