Ingredients

Beef Jerky

  • 1 top of the rib roast, thinly sliced

  • 3 cups Dr. Pepper

  • 4 cloves garlic, sliced

  • 2 jalapenos, sliced in rings

  • 3 tablespoons kosher salt

  • 2 teaspoons pepper

  • 1 tablespoon onion powder

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Maple Chili Candied Bacon (Beef Fry)

  • 1 6-ounce package A&H beef fry

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 2-3 teaspoons maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder  

For the Board

  • 1 thin salami (A&H brand), dried

  • 1 package of your favorite sausage or kielbasa

  • sweet gherkin pickles

  • whole grain mustard

  • Manzanilla olives

Directions

Prepare the Beef Jerky

1.

In a pot on a low flame, combine Dr. Pepper, garlic, jalapenos, kosher salt, pepper, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Once it comes to a boil, let simmer for 20 minutes.

Once cool, let the thinly sliced rib meat marinate for three to 24 hours.

Before cooking, dry meat so no marinade is left. You can dehydrate, oven bake, or air-fry:Dehydrate at 155 degrees Fahrenheit for minimum four hoursOven – 250 degrees Fahrenheit for four hoursAir fryer 160 degrees Fahrenheit three to four hours

Prepare the Maple Chili Bacon

1.

Combine brown sugar, maple syrup, pepper, chili powder.

2.

Lay beef fry out on pan.

3.

Brush syrup on beef fry and bake in oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes until crispy. (Keep checking it.)

Prepare the Salami

1.

Dry a thin salami for two to four weeks, or buy a pre-dried salami in your local supermarket.

2.

Slice thin and serve.

Prepare the Sausage or Kielbasa

1.

Slice up the meat on an angle.

2.

Heat up pan.

3.

Pan fry to golden brown.

This is sooo unhealthy!!! Heart attack food!!! It may taste good but why make it or serve it?
