These are delicious and good for your body too! They’re so simple to make and a perfect idea for meal prep. You can’t even taste the cottage cheese at all. It really keeps you satisfied, like eating a full meal.
2/3 cup low fat cottage cheese
2 eggs
1 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla Extract
1 tablespoon organic sugar
1/2 teaspoon Haddar Baking Powder
1 tablespoon milk
1 cup oat flour, or blend old fashioned rolled oats in a blender
1/4 teaspoon Gefen Cinnamon (optional)
Preheat a waffle iron on a medium setting.
Blend the cottage cheese, eggs, and sugar very well.
Mix in the vanilla, oat flour, baking powder, and milk until very smooth.
Spray oil onto the prepared waffle iron. Pour batter into iron and cook until golden brown.
Enjoy it with fresh fruits, nut butter or maple syrup.
