I was always looking for an easy but professionally looking way to cook meat. I discovered that by just seasoning the meat well and cooking in an oven on a high temperature it can come out looking really nice and taste juicy with just the perfect balance of flavor!
1 London broil
2 tablespoons olive oil
kosher salt
coarse black pepper
garlic powder
rosemary
thyme
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place London broil on a sheet pan or cookie sheet.
Drizzle and rub olive oil on both sides of the meat.
Gently season with kosher salt, coarse black pepper, garlic powder, thyme and rosemary to taste.
Place meat in oven for about 10-15 minutes (depending on thickness). The meat should have an internal of about 135 degrees.
Take meat out and – important- cover with foil and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
Slice thin. You can use the juices as drizzle right on top.
