This pasta sauce is so easy to make, it’s almost as if it doesn’t deserve to taste this good. The combo of soft herbs and the sweet goat cheese… mmmmm!   Get more Chanukah recipes from our Chanukah recipe collection.

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 1/3 cup white wine, such as Baron Herzog Chenin Blanc

  • 1 cup vegetable stock

  • 4 ounces goat cheese

  • 1 clove fresh garlic, crushed

  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, minced

  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil, minced or 3 cubes Gefen Frozen Basil

  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, minced

  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon dry tarragon

  • salt, to taste

  • black pepper, to taste

  • 1 box Tuscanini Spaghetti, cooked according to package instructions

Directions

Prepare the Herb Goat Cheese Sauce

1.

Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add wine and stock and cook for three to five minutes.

Lower to a simmer, then add goat cheese, garlic, parsley, basil, chives, dill, tarragon, salt and pepper. Continue simmering, stirring frequently, until sauce is creamy and thickened.

3.

Toss with hot spaghetti to serve.
