If you have the time, you can do the baking with the kids. Otherwise, prepare the brownies and let them decorate to their hearts’ content… the more toppings, the better! Yield: 24 donuts
1 cup sugar
1 cup Mishpacha Flour
1/3 cup Gefen Cocoa
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1/4 cup plus 1 teaspoon oil, divided
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup Glicks Chocolate Chips
1/4 cup white chocolate chips
sprinkles
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease 24 mini donut molds.
In a large bowl, combine sugar, flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt with a fork. Stir in eggs, one-fourth cup oil, and orange juice and mix well.
Pour into molds and bake for 12 minutes.
Allow to cool completely.
Remove donuts from molds. Place each kind of chocolate chips in a resealable plastic bag. Add half a teaspoon oil to each. Place bags in a bowl of boiling water and mash with a spoon until chocolate is melted.
Snip the corner of each bag and drizzle chocolate over brownies. Cover with sprinkles.
