These bite-size trail mix clusters are the perfect, filling, healthy on the go snack. They are packed with nutrients and healthy fats that are perfect for when you’re running around on a busy day.

Ingredients

Healthy Trail Mix Clusters

  • 1 tablespoon Gefen Maple Syrup

  • 1 egg white

  • chocolate, melted, for drizzling (optional)

  • flaky salt (optional)

Directions

1.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. With a tablespoon, scoop out the nut mixture onto a lined metal sheet pan. Bake for 15 minutes.

3.

Drizzle with chocolate and top with flaky salt. Store in freezer.

Notes:

I used the nuts I had on hand but feel free to use whichever nuts and seeds you have. (If I had, I would have added hemp seeds for protein.)
