1 cup Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon Gefen Maple Syrup
1 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla
1/2 cup oat flour (or any flour you like)
1 and 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
Mix wet ingredients first, then add in the dry ingredients and mix well.
Heat a pan or griddle. Spoon batter into the pan and flip when golden.
