This is a super quick and easy recipe. Perfect with a cup of milk or tea.
3 cups oats
1 cup Gefen Maple Syrup
8 ounces toasted pecan pieces
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup coconut oil
1 egg
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Pulse oats 10 times in a food processor using the S blade. Mix with all the ingredients in a large bowl.
Pat into a nine- by 13-inch pan lined with Gefen Parchment Paper. Bake for 30 minutes.
Let cool completely and slice into bars.
