3 tablespoons Gefen Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Gefen Mustard
1 package turkey
1 package salami
4 to 5 egg crepini wraps (or homemade egg wraps; recipe follows)
olive oil spray
everything but the bagel seasoning
1 tablespoon Gefen Almond Flour
1 egg
salt, to taste
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix the mayo and mustard together. Then spread the mayo and mustard onto the egg wraps (recipe follows), followed by turkey and salami. Roll up the deli roll.
Spray olive oil over top and sprinkle everything but the bagel seasoning.
Bake for 20 minutes, until cooked.
Mix almond flour, egg, and salt together. Spray a pan with olive oil and pour a VERY thin layer of the mixture onto the pan and then flip it, trying not to tear the wrap.
