2 cups fresh, cleaned basil leaves
3 cloves garlic or 3 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1/4 cup pine nuts or walnuts
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/2 cup Gefen Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
2 teaspoons Gefen Lemon Juice
2 cups plant-based milk, such as Gefen Almond Milk
3 teaspoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
1/4 cup prepared pesto
2 cups pasta of choice, such as Heaven & Earth
Prepare your pasta according to package directions and drain.
Blend all pesto ingredients into a food processor until smooth.
Add all the sauce ingredients into the food processor with the pesto.
Once blended, pour over drained and rinsed pasta, mix well, and serve hot.
