A chocolate chip cookie filled with natural, nutritious ingredients.
2 cups oat flour
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
3/4 cup semisweet dark chocolate chips (mini)
3/4 cup toasted pecans (optional)
Preheat oven to 350′ F (175) Line a pcookie sheet with parchment paper.
Combine the flours
coconut flakes
baking powder
cinnamon
and salt.
Add the maple syrup
coconut oil
and vanilla
mix to combine.
Stir in the choc. chips and toasted pecans (if desired).
Form into palm-sized balls and place onto the prepared cookie sheet. Flatten to the desired thickness.
Bake uncovered at 350′ F for 15 minutes or until slightly golden.
Remove from over and transfer cookies to a cooling rack. Allow to cool for 10 minutes.
