Moist and delicious healthier banana bread. Here’s another simple banana bread recipe you might be interested in.
2 ripe bananas
1/2 cup liquid honey
2 medium eggs
1/4 cup canola oil
1 scoop Gefen Vanilla Sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Peel banana and mash with back of fork. Blend in with wet ingredients until all incorporated. Gradually add dry ingredients.
Pour batter into loaf pan lined with Gefen Easy Baking Parchment Paper. Place into preheated oven and bake for 45 to 50 minutes. Toothpick inserted should come out clean.

I have a comment perhaps u should not call this healthy banana cake. One scope vanilla sugar an liquid honey r not considered healthy options by most nutritionist.
easy to make, delicious and moist!
I was hesitant to make this after reading the review by ‘imashel4’ but pleased I did! Easy to make, came out moist and delicious. Added in half a cup of chocolate chips but would have been nice without it as well.
Not worth the time I’m sorry to say that this was not a keeper – far from it — made it for Shabbat and most of it was left – no one wanted it — very sadly the worst banana bread ever.
