These cookies will delight peanut butter lovers with their soft and chewy texture.

Ingredients

Healthy Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies

Directions

1.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2.

In a Bosch bowl, beat the margarine or oil along with peanut butter and sugars until the mixture is creamy.

3.

Add in the eggs and vanilla, and mix until well combined.

4.

Add the dry ingredients to the mixture and mix until just combined.

5.

Scoop the cookie dough into round balls and place them on a lined baking sheet.

6.

Bake for 12-15 minutes.

These are heaven!!! I used white whole wheat flour and came out so good- they don’t taste healthy at all! Thank you!
