Here’s an amazing recipe to make – delicious and soft Lamb Chops or Veal Chops that are truly amazing! Prepare these for a special occasion, using simple ingredients that really bring out their delightful flavor. Serve over orzo or rice, with a side of roasted veggies, for a complete meal!
8 lamb chops or 6 veal chops
1/2 cup lemon juice
3 tablespoons Gefen Cornstarch
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
2 tablespoons Glicks Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 (20-ounce) can Glicks Pineapple Chunks, drained
Brown chops in oil. Remove from skillet.
Combine remaining ingredients, except pineapple chunks, and cook over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, until slightly thickened.
Place chops in a 10- by 16-inch baking pan. Pour sauce over chops. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for one hour.
Add pineapple chunks. Bake another ten minutes. Serve sauce over rice or orzo.
