2 cups flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1/2 tablespoon orange juice
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
filling of choice
Pour the wet ingredients and mix.
Put in the dry ingredients and half of the flour then mix it and then pour the rest of the flour and mix some more.
After that, shape the hamantashen and put in the filling (e.g. chocolate). Then bake at 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) until golden.
