This is the best clean meal I’ve ever tasted!! The sweet plantains dipped into the creamy savory guacamole are absolutely delicious!!
I never knew avocado and plantains work so well together!! Give it a try, and thank me later!
1 avocado
Purple onion, finely chopped
Salt
1 plantain, thinly sliced
Avocado Oil
salt
Mash avocado and add some onions and salt to taste.
Put thinly sliced plantains in a plastic bag with about a tablespoon of oil and some salt. Place plantains on a lined cookie sheet and roast on 425°F for about 15-20 minutes, or until edges are crispy. Flip halfway through so both sides get nice and crispy.
