Grilled Skewered Baby Potatoes

These baby potatoes, made with basic ingredients, are grilled until tender and delicious.

Ingredients

Grilled Skewered Baby Potatoes

  • 1 and 1/2 pounds white baby potatoes

  • 2 and 1/2 tablespoons oil, such as Manischewitz Grapeseed Oil

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 3/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

1.

Boil a pot of salted water. Add potatoes and cook for 12–15 minutes, until slightly soft.

Drain and allow to cool.

Place potatoes in a bowl.

4.

In a cup, mix oil and spices. Pour over potatoes and mix.

5.

Place potatoes on skewers. (If using wooden skewers, make sure to soak them in water first.)

6.

Grill potatoes on medium heat for 10–15 minutes or until very soft, golden brown, and slightly charred. Keep an eye on the potatoes and turn skewers over every once in a while to keep skin from burning too much.
