This grilled peach crumble is the perfect finishing touch to your BBQ. You can let it bake right on the grill while you’re feasting on steaks with family and friends. For more great ideas, watch Easy Does It!
32 ounces frozen sliced peaches
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
pinch salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup vegan butter, softened
Stir the peaches, sugar, and almond extract together and allow to thaw on the counter or in the fridge. The sugar will draw out the moisture from the peaches and create a delicious syrup.
Stir topping ingredients together until crumbly.
Pour the peaches and their syrup into a cast iron skillet, spreading evenly. Sprinkle the topping evenly over the peaches and place on a preheated grill over medium heat. Close the lid and “bake” 25 minutes. Remove CAREFULLY to a wooden board – the cast iron skillet will be extremely hot.
Enjoy immediately with parve vanilla ice cream.
