This is my go-to fish coating. I decided to pair it up with gnocchi for an upgraded dish.
4 tilapia fillets
1 package Tuscanini Gnocchi, cooked and drained
3 tablespoons Tuscanini Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Tuscanini Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon parve chicken soup mix
2 teaspoons dill
2 teaspoons parsley
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper.
Place tilapia and gnocchi on baking sheet in a single layer.
In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour over fish and gnocchi. Alternatively, for a prettier look, drizzle/sprinkle one ingredient at a time.
Bake for 20 minutes.
