These green beans are nicely flavored and topped with candied facon for the ultimate crisp. Be sure to try this for your next meal and watch as they disappear off the platter!

Ingredients

Green Bean Stir Fry

  • 1 pound green beans

  • 1 red pepper, thinly sliced

  • 1 onion, thinly sliced

  • 3 cubes Gefen Frozen GarlicĀ 

  • 1 chicken stock cube

Candied Facon

  • 1 6 ounce package beef fry

  • 1/2 chicken stock cube

Directions

Prepare the Green Bean Stir Fry

1.

Add all ingredients to a frying pan.

2.

Mash chicken stock cubes and mix until fully coated.

3.

Cover pan, lower flame, and cook for 15 minutes.

Prepare the Candied Facon

1.

Place beef fry on a parchment lined baking sheet. Sprinkle brown sugar and chicken stock.

2.

Broil on high for three to five minutes or until crispy.

3.

Chop candied facon and sprinkle over green beans before serving.
