Looking to add a little crunch to your breakfast? Granola french toast is a crowd-pleaser every time!
sliced bread or challah
Gefen Granola Cereal, from the bottom of carton or lightly crushed, any flavor
butter or Glicks Non-stick Cooking Spray
2 eggs
1/3 cup milk
pinch cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla Extract
Whisk together all egg mixture ingredients. In a separate bowl, add granola crumbs.
Dredge bread slices in egg mixture, then granola.
Meanwhile, grease a frying pan with cooking spray or butter. Add granola and cook until golden and crisp on each side.
Serve with maple syrup if desired.
