Delicious, moist and pretty! And nobody knows it’s made from mix, it’s our secret!

Ingredients

Grandma’s Famous Chocolate Bundt Cake

  • 1/2 cup canola oil

  • 1 package parve chocolate chips

  • powdered sugar to dust

  • 1 duncan hines chocolate cake mix

  • 1 box instant chocolate pudding mix

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 cup tofutti sour cream

Directions

Prepare the Chocolate Bundt Cake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Grease and flour a bundt cake pan.

Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips in a mixer and beat together at low speed for 15 minutes. Pour half of the batter into the bunt cake pan and sprinkle half the chips. Then add the rest of the batter to cover and top with remaining chocolate chips. Bake at the center rack of the oven for 50 minutes.

4.

Let cool in pan for 20 minutes and turn over onto serving plate. When cake is completely cool, and dust with powdered sugar.
