I really liked this except it was a little sweet for our taste. Can I just leave out the ketchup or is there a better solution? Thanks
I wouldn’t omit the ketchup entirely without replacing it with something else. Was the BBQ sauce you used on the sweeter side? If yes, I would maybe try a different brand. If you think the sweetness came from the ketchup maybe try 1/4 cup of ketchup and 3/4 cup of BBQ sauce instead.
what cut of meat do you need to buy for pulled beef
I think you can either buy pre-pulled beef or you can make your own using brisket.

gnocchi with pulled beef Hi,
I love your recipes. can this be made in advance and frozen?
It is best to freeze gnocchi uncooked. I would recommend making the sauce separately and freezing that and then the day you are planning on serving it then you can mix the gnocchi and sauce together.
