This is so good. I make it often on Wednesdays for milchige supper. Everyone loves it.
1 package (16 ounces) Tuscanini Gnocchi
2 cups Tuscanini Marinara Sauce
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
2 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley or basil
Cook gnocchi according to package instructions.
Meanwhile, start on your sauce.
To a saucepan add marinara sauce, heavy cream, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, black pepper and bring to a boil while stirring constantly.
Add the gnocchi to the pan and simmer for three to five minutes while continuing to stir the sauce. Transfer to your serving dish and top with freshly grated parmesan cheese and parsley/basil.
