Green beans are amazing roasted with just olive oil, salt and pepper. But there’s something so delicious about this glaze. They are so easy to make and the perfect side to any dish. Some people like their green beans on the crunchier side, while others like them roasted for a little longer. Just keep an eye on them in the oven and cook to your preferred texture.
2 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 lbs green beans, with ends cut off (or use French beans and you don’t even have to cut off the ends!)
Mix together brown sugar, olive oil, soy sauce, and garlic in a bowl. Add green beans and mix until well coated. Place green beans on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Roast at 425F for 20-35 minutes depending on your preferred level of doneness.

Delicious and so quick n easy.
I would add sesame seeds for some crunch next time.
