Gefilte Carp Fish (Gluten Free)

Yield: 4 loaves (10 slices per pound of fish)

Ingredients

Gefilte Carp Fish

  • 4 pounds ground carp

  • 8 eggs

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 3 teaspoons salt

Directions

Prepare the Gefilte Carp Fish

Mix all ingredients in mixer.

Shape into four loaves.

Cook in the usual manner. Prepare a broth with your desired seasonings (salt, pepper, sugar, onion, carrot) in a large pot half filled with water. Bring to a boil and add the fish. Turn down the flame to low and simmer for about an hour and a half.
