Ingredients

Garlic Confit

  • 1/2 cup peeled whole garlic cloves

  • salt, to taste

  • pepper, to taste

Variation #1

  • whole grape tomatoes

  • lemon slices

  • sprig of rosemary

Variation #2

  • chopped or sliced garlic

  • sliced jalapeño and chili pepper

Variation #3 (My Current Go-To)

  • jalapeño

Directions

1.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).

2.

Combine desired ingredients in an ovenproof dish and cover with olive oil. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden.
