1 pound Gefen Whole Wheat Orzo or other orzo, cooked and drained
1 large onion, diced and sautéed
8 ounces dried apples, chopped
8 ounces dried apricots, chopped
3/4 cup Gefen Dried Cranberries
1 cup slivered almonds, toasted
4 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 teaspoon Pereg Black Pepper
1 tablespoon sugar
Combine all ingredients. Serve chilled.
