This recipe is a cross between a compote and a fruit salad, but with minimal effort involved.
1 (24-ounce) container sweetened applesauce
1 pound frozen strawberries, thawed and halved
1 (20-ounce) can Glicks Pineapple Chunks, slightly drained
2 large bananas, sliced in rounds
flaked coconut, for garnish
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix. Chill for a few hours.
Top with flaked coconut before serving.
