Fruit Fries and Whipped Dip

A funner way to nosh on fruit. Save this recipe to make at your next BBQ!

Ingredients

Fruit Fries and Whipped Dip

  • 1/2 seedless watermelon, rind removed

  • 1/2 honeydew melon, rind removed

  • 1 pineapple, peeled (don’t use the core)

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Directions

1.

Slice the fruit into thin rounds. Use a crinkle cutter slicer or knife, slice the fruit into “fries” sticks.

2.

Using a hand mixer, whip the whipped topping until fluffy. Add the vanilla extract and strawberry jam and whip again until mixture is incorporated. Serve immediately or refrigerate until you’re ready.
