Diets These are great as a shalosh seudos treat once everyone is milichig, or make them pareve so you can have them anytime.
Yields: approximately 20 squares
1 brownie mix
3 eggs
1/2 cup oil, such as Gefen Canola Oil
1/4 cup water
3/4 cup oil, such as Gefen Canola Oil
1 cup Haddar Brown Sugar
3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tablespoon Gefen Vanilla
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
pinch of salt
2 and 1/4 cups Glicks Flour
1 cup Glicks Chocolate Chips
32 ounces milchig ice cream, softened
Line a 9×13-inch pan with Gefen Parchment Paper.
In a bowl, mix brownie ingredients.
Pour into pan and bake according to cake mix package directions.
Refrigerate until completely solid.
Line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream oil and sugars. Add eggs and mix.
Add rest of ingredients and mix until incorporated.
Pour into pan and flatten.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 25 minutes.
Refrigerate until solid.
Spread softened ice cream over chocolate chip cookie layer. Top with the brownie layer.
Freeze for one hour.
Slice into squares.
