These frosted nut brownies are delicious, thick and decadent! Using a stand mixer or a hand-held beater, this one-bowl recipe is a win every time. Topped with a thick chocolate frosting, these fudgy, nutty and chocolaty brownies are perfect!
8 eggs
3 cups sugar
3 vanilla sugar
1 and 1/3 cups oil
1 cup water
pinch of salt
1 and 1/3 cup Gefen Cocoa
3 cups Mishpacha Flour
1/2 pound walnuts, ground, such as Gefen
4 level tablespoons baking powder
1/2 pound baking chocolate
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
2 ounces (1/2 stick) margarine
Beat eggs and sugar until light.
Add rest of ingredients.
Pour into a lined 16×10 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for one hour.
Melt chocolate and water in pot.
In mixer, cream sugar and margarine.
Pour melted chocolate into creamed margarine and continue mixing for two minutes. Allow to cool.
