Easy Vegetarian Pescatarian Parve

Directions

Prepare Cookies

  1. Combine soy milk, flour, sugar, eggs, vanilla pudding mix, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt, and beat vigorously with a whisk.

  2. Heat oil for frying in a frying pan on medium heat.

  3. Dip each cookie into the coating mixture, and fry until slightly golden, approximately two minutes on each side.

  4. Sprinkle with salt flakes, if desired, and serve immediately.
