We’re big fans of instant gratification on Motzaei Shabbos, so anything we don’t have to make from scratch is usually a winner!

40m 6-8
Easy Pescatarian Vegetarian Dairy

Contains: Dairy, Gluten, Wheat, Egg

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).

  2. Add butter to the bottom of a nine-inch (23-centimeter) round or 9×13-inch

(23×33-centimeter) pan, depending on how many rolls you’re using, and place it

in the oven to melt. Add 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon to the pan and combine with the melted butter. Place the rolls on top and poke holes

    in them.

  3. Combine the eggs, heavy cream or milk, and the rest of the brown sugar and cinnamon and pour it over the rolls. Using a fork, firmy press down on the

rolls to get the egg mixture in. Bake for 20 minutes, or until it seems like most of the liquid was incorporated.

  4. Place cream cheese frosting ingredients in a container. Blend to combine with an immersion blender on medium speed for about two minutes.

  5. Coat the rolls in cream cheese frosting and enjoy!

Notes:
You can make these in a muffin pan for a more individual look.

Buns Are Better
You can make these into cinnamon buns instead of French toast by omitting the eggs and milk and adding melted butter on top of the buns instead.
