Ingredients

Fluke Crudo

  • 1 pound skinless fillet sushi grade fluke (sliced 1/4 inch thick)

  • 4 radishes, thinly sliced

  • 8 kumquats, thinly sliced

  • 1 red chile, thinly sliced

  • 1/4 cup watercress

Directions

Prepare the Fluke Crudo

1.

Place the fluke in the center of your serving plate.

2.

Top with the radishes, kumquats, and chile. Drizzle Tuscanini Extra Light Olive Oil.

3.

Garnish with watercress and fresh thyme. Sprinkle with kosher salt. Serve immediately.
