Learn how to make adorable no-bake chocolate-peanut flower pot confections. A beautiful addition to any sweet table (or garden-themed mishloach manot).
15 ounces baking chocolate
2 tablespoons Gefen Peanut Butter
3/4 cup confectioners sugar
6 tablespoons ground filberts
1 tablespoon oil
1/2 cup rice crispies (gluten-free if needed)
3/4 – 1 cup Gefen Peanut Butter
7 ounces white chocolate
1/2 tablespoon water
18 plastic whiskey cups
54 small silk flowers, 3 different colors (3 per flower pot)
Over double boiler, melt chocolate, peanut butter and confectioners’ sugar.
Add filberts and oil, mixing well.
Turn off flame and add rice crispies. Mix well.
Fill 18 plastic whiskey cups 4/5 full. Freeze until firm.
Over double boiler, melt all ingredients and pour over dark tone until whiskey cups are full.
When chocolate is set, stick in three different colored flowers.
Remove chocolates from whiskey cups and place on mirrored tray.

have same recipe i have a very similar recipe and you could technically put them in silicone molds and create that type of look too. didnt try this yet, i will and leave a comment then. ok its a week later, i made these and they are not so good. there is a gritty taste to it and because of ratio of b.c. its a bit hard. i did not make the top layer as i wanted to put them in a mold. i have a better recipe then this so i would give this the most 3 stars because i didnt make the top layer.
