Ingredients

fish and sauteed vegetables

  • tilapia

  • red onions

  • red pepper

  • yellow pepper

  • cherry tomatoes or zucchini

  • oil for sauteing

  • Montreal steak seasoning

Directions

Prepare the Fish and Sauteed Vegetables

1.

Sautee the vegetables together until browned.

2.

Add the tilapia and sear, seasoning with Montreal steak seasoning meanwhile.
